Located at the Blaenavon World Heritage Industrial Landscape Site, the Chef's Room at Vin Sullivan has state of the art facilities. The courses, which will be held on Tuesday and Saturday mornings will be taken by chef Franco Taruschio OBE (founder of the Walnut Tree Restaurant), James Sommerin, Michelin starred executive chef of the Crown at Whitebrook and Lindy Wildsmith, food writer and tutor.
