As soon as you arrive at the reception desk the staff seem genuinely pleased to see you and your animal. The vets listen to you and offer compassionate care for your animal. All the staff are willing to help each other and there is real team work.

The Riverside team have been caring for my pets for many years and have been caring and thorough, and very supportive, especially when the worst has happened. Their follow up service for younger animals is particularly helpful, and the clinic is in an easily accessible spot, which is very handy around the rush hour.
