At Riverside Veterinary Care in Abergavenny and Ebbw Vale, we understand how important your pet is to you. Our friendly and professional team of qualified vets, vet nurses and receptionists will do all we can to make you and your pet feel welcome.
Both our veterinary care surgeries have easy access and parking areas, with vet and nurse appointments available 6 days a week, and we provide a 24-hour emergency service.
In-house diagnostic equipment such as X-ray machines, ultrasound scanners and blood analysing machines mean that we can diagnose and treat your pet with the minimum of delay.
We also have access to a wide range of highly skilled referral vets for those pets needing more specialised attention such as Acupuncture and Physiotherapy.

The PDSA may be able to help you. The PetAid scheme aims to fund urgent veterinary treatment for eligible owners, and would like to see more pets registered in this area.

You receive Council Tax Benefit or Housing Benefit
You own a pet that is not currently insured
You live in one of the following postcode areas:
NP4, NP7, NP8, NP11 (sections 3-5 only),
NP12, NP13, NP22, NP23, NP24
Once registered, if your pet becomes ill or needs treatment, all bills at Riverside will be paid for by the PDSA. Don't delay - if your pet is not yet registered, you will have to fund any bills yourself.
