I have been a member of Keepers Fit since April 07. They have a wide varity of equipment including 3 Vibro machines which must be tried. They always have helpful, trained staff on hand to help with advice and tips. A gym for all ages. Everyone is made to feel very welcome.

Joining a new gym is never easy - it highlights all the imperfections in your lifestyle - but the team at KeepersFit made it fairly painless. They were really supportive and helped to create an ideal training programme which soon became just another part of my routine. Thereʼs plenty of room for improvement in my fitness levels but I know Iʼm in the right place to achieve my goals.
