My 3 bichons went for a day's doggy day care, they were really well looked after. One of them is a rescue who doesn't normally settle very well but she was perfectly happy and not crying when I arrived to pick her up. Claire is brilliant with the dogs. I then booked them in for grooming. Well they came back looking fantastic and really chilled out. I had been grooming them myself as I had a bad experience with a previous groomer and they always came back stressed. Not today with Claire they all came back chilled out and happy. One of them has no hip joints due to Legge Perthes (not sure of spelling) disease and has a collapsing trachea and so is difficult to groom as she can't be tethered by her neck. Claire made an excellent job of her despite her problems. I would recommend Hair & Hound to anyone looking for doggy day care or grooming and I shall definitely be using them again.
