After many years of wishing, I finally bought a hot tub from these guys - and what a good decision it has been. They were really helpful and not at all pushy while I was making up my mind which model to choose, and the after sales service is great too. I have always enjoyed trying out other peopleʼs hot tubs but never thought I would go so far as to have one of my very own, until Best Impressions made it possible. Their advice and approach during the decision-making process was low key and non-pressuring, and they couldnʼt have been more helpful adapting to my busy schedule and awkward access issues. The tub has proved to be a huge success (who knew I had so many friendsʽ!) and no matter how bad a day I have had, a dip in the tub is the cure-all I have been waiting for. Excuse me, must get back out there now....
