The Milton Restaurant Testimonials

I have eaten at The Milton on several occasions and have never failed to be impressed with the food and excellent service. The menu is always imaginative with a large selection of dishes, and I find the local meat and fish of the highest standard (venison a favourite). I recently took a friend there and he was so impressed with the location as well as the food, he plans to hire the marquee for a corporate function. If you have never eaten at The Milton, you are truely missing out on an exceptional dining experience.

I read a review on this site which led me to believe that the reviewer and myself had visited different Milton restaurants on Deeside. So much so that I was inspired enough to register to put forward my experiences.
I organised my departments Xmas party there and was overwhelmed by the accolades from my co-workers - basically the best party they had ever had - superb food, great atmosphere and above all a great rapport with the staff & entertainer alike - nothing was too much trouble to make our night a success. On the strength of this I organised a business dinner for some of our foreign colleagues and the restaurant organised not only the usual exceptional menu but arranged a visit to the kitchen to learn how to prepare some of the dishes - the visitors were most impressed.
Finally on a personal note, as a special treat for my wifes 50th birthday, myself & the family took her to The Milton. I had mentioned that she had got a new motorcycle and asked if they could prepare a cake. the chef had me send him a picture and he created a perfect replica of her bike in the cake - what a fantastic surpirse, that and the staff gathering round the table for a chorus of happy birthday! My wife was in tears at the very special way she was treated on her special day! All I can say about reviews is take it with a pinch of salt (except mine of course!) - Go to The Milton & experience it all for yourself - and come back & write a review!
