Inspire is a charitable organisation based in Aberdeen that offers help and a better life for those less able who need help to get along in this complex world.
Established in 1988, the registered charity provides 51 services in the Aberdeen and Moray areas, including 41 residential care services, day care services, support to people in their own homes, respite care, independent travel training, ‘Moving On’ to independent living and youth activity schemes. Our charity is recognised by the Care Commission for quality and consistency of services as well as being an Investors in People award holder.
With the help of charitable donations the Inspire charity directly supports over 500 men, women and children with learning disabilities with a staff care team of over 600.
Regardless of how disabled a person appears to be, our registered charity aims to provide them with care and the opportunities for new experiences and increased responsibilities in all aspects of their lives.
The Inspire charity has built a Multi Resource Centre in Aberdeen City, with the help of charitable donations providing progressive employment, training, recreational and social activities for people with learning disabilities in Aberdeen and the North East Scotland.
