Grampian Friends of ARMS Testimonials

I have been with the Friends of ARMS centre for about a year. When I was diagnosed with MS I didn’t want to think or talk about it. But I realised I had to raise my head above the parapets and look for help and support. This came in the form of the Grampian MS therapy Centre – or Grampian Friends of ARMS. The centre has become a very important part of my life, not only because of the comprehensive therapies provided but due to the support given by the staff and volunteers and the many other people who use the centre. There is a real sense of community here, which I’m sure you appreciate can be difficult enough to find without adding what can be a degenerative condition into the equation.
