We have used Cartridge World for all our toner and ink and printers for a few years now and I have no intention of seeking another supplier.
The service is prompt and courteous. The staff (Ricardo and Christine) go out of their way to help me choose (and find) printers and keep me informed of best practice on when to replace a toner drum. (Something the printer isn’t very good at doing.) On one occasion Cartridge World made a minor repair to a printer for me though they were under no obligation to do so.
