Natural Research Ltd relocated to Brathens Eco-Business Park in November 2008, and were the Business Park's first tennants. We found that Brathens offered us the increased office space that we needed, whilst still being near to Banchory. We have on several occasions used the Conference Facilties, which we have found ideal for meetings and our annual Staff Conference. I believe I have the best office window view any season, and any time of the day. Sometimes I see the occasional rabbit and deer, various species of birds and in the early summer months the swifts/swallows visit and perform their usual aerobatic stunts. Some lunch times, I take a stroll through the woods or sit out on the well maintained lawns. The office facilities are excellent too. We have used the well equipped conference facility on a number of occasions. The first was July 2010 for a Product Launch and Open Day. Approximately 40 clients attended and all were most impressed with the facility and the Business Park. What other office environment can offer you all of this? It’s a pleasure working here. Tacpoint Ltd (Oil and Gas Recruitment) has been based at Brathens Eco-Business Park for the past two and a half years and we envisage being here for years to come. There can be few working environments which offer such tranquil surroundings but yet have all the facilities anyone could require. We think the biggest attributes to BBP are: we have found all the staff and other tenants at BBP to be very friendly and helpful; the IT systems and back up are second to none; conference and meeting rooms have all the required IT systems/screens etc; the setting of the building is such you can experience all sorts of wildlife whilst not that far from Banchory village centre (1.5 miles); and every visitor we have comments on what a wonderful place BBP must be to work.
