Great service, friendly staff, good chat, and above all, excellent technical skills. All the staff know their stuff when it comes to hair - a lot better than a number of 'big names' where staff can barely hold scissors. Add that to the friendly staff, goods chat and even text reminder service - all adds up to a great place.

I love the whole experience of having my hair done at Biyoni. They text you a reminder for your appointment, they know you by name when you arrive, and everyone is very attentive. Andrew himself is often there and makes the effort to talk to clients, even if he isn't doing their hair personally. Roberto does my hair and he is such a lovely person, very good at his job and makes his clients feel very special.
