Banchory Contractors successfully won the project for us in competition and were appointed to construct the 80 bed Malmaison Hotel for us in Aberdeen. Like all projects they never turn out as smooth as you would expect at the outset, eg delicate issues with neighbours, challenges in procurement and the inevitable changes/improvements implemented by the operational side of our hotel business. However during all this Banchory continued in a positive manner with a strong motivation to compelete this project by the opening date. I am writing to say how pleased we are with the extension the Maintenance Department have built for us. I have nothing but high praise for all of your staff involved in our project. Without exception, from the guys in the office to the guys working in the house, expecially Peter Cowie who patiently and diplomatically explained the precticalities of some of my ideas, and Brian Kerr who tried his best to accommodate them on site, not forgetting Bob and John who kept me laughing for weeks!
