We are a privately owned west-end hotel offering excellent business and conference facilities located in King's Gate, Aberdeen, with easy access to Aberdeen Airport, rail station and industrial and commercial areas.
The Atholl Hotel is the ideal conference venue, with 2 conference suites and conveniently located in the West End of Aberdeen off the main ring road and with a large private car park at the rear of the building.
There are 2 conference suites tastefully decorated, airy and with plenty of light.
The BEECHGROVE SUITE can accommodate up to 60 theatre style and the OAKHILL ROOM can seat up to 30.
Whatever the function - business board meeting, training course or seminar - the Atholl conference facilities and our friendly and efficient staff will cater for all your needs.
The conference tutor/organiser will be met by a member of staff to confirm the timings and arrangements and will be on hand throughout the day.
A full support service is available including photocopying, fax and secretarial. Our conference suites can be hired by the hour, for a half day, full day or more.
To simplify your conference budget we offer 8 hour and residential delegate packages. A supplementary suite hire charge may be added for parties of less than 10 delegates.
Our usual 8 hour delegate rate includes the following:

- mineral water and cordials
- pads, paper and pens
- equipment including TV/video, screen and flipchart
- ADSL line for fast internet access
- fruit basket
- tea/coffee/fruit juice on arrival
