Finally bit the bullet and decided to update my out of date kitchen and bathroom. Was a bit apprehensive as i've not been through the process before but Scott and John, the designers at the Aberdeen showroom, did all the work for me! Designs were exactly what I was looking for and it was nice to see what it was going to look like on the screens in the shop. Workmanship was outstanding, found the staff very helpful and diligent. The only hiccup was some rot that was found on my bathroom floor, so that delayed the guys finishing the job, but that was just one of those things! They were that good i've recommended them to my own mum!!
Many thanks for forwarding a copy of my order to Mayfair, and arranging for new taps to be sent. These have now arrived. Thank you for dealing with this so promptly. I am very impressed with service from Alaris - my initial order was also delivered the day after it was placed.
