Our lovely guest house is located between the two shores of Llandudno and is only a short stroll away from Llandudno town centre with all its wonderful shops. We face the famous Great Orme.
Our tariff includes bed, breakfast and evening meal and most of our rooms are fully en suite. The two rooms that are not have their own private bathrooms.
All our home cooked food is prepared using the best, fresh local produce.
We have taken great care to ensure that our guest house is beautifully decorated throughout and each room is prepared to a very high standard. We also have a single room available and ground floor accommodation for those guests who may have difficulty with stairs.
Each guest room is provided with:

We are strictly a non smoking establishment and unfortunately do not accept children or pets.

We are open all year round and we are currently taking summer bookings.
