lived in one of james properties for over14 months in liverpool found james to be both an excellant landlord who has no hesitation in sorting any problems which by the way were few,but also easily contacted when a problem did arise,only left to get onto the housing market myself or would still be with him,I have no hesitation in recomending james as a landlord especially to anyone new to liverpool

BOOTLE CARPETS

I am a landlord and have several ʼbuy to letʼ properties in the Liverpool area. Bootle carpets were recommended to me by Nick from ʼOne Stop Property Shopʼ (often to be seen as ʼa local expertʼ, on the ʼUnder The Hammerʼ property auction TV programme. He was so right! Bootle carpets, since that recommendation, have carpeted and supplied and fitted laminate flooring for 8 of my properties, plus infact, my own home. They are extremely professional, prompt, reliable and extremely well priced. John will always give giid service and value for money.

DYNO-ROD - Machmade Ltd

I have used Dyno-Rod Liverpool twice now at different properties. On each occassion they were promt to attend the problem, and cleared the blockage totally. Both times, the engineers who attended were polite and well mannered, and left the area clean and tidy. I would use them whenever I have a drainage problem and would be happy to recommend them

Having had several oportunities to meet Lee and discuss property in Turkey, I was delighted by his approach. There was no hard sell. On the conterary, Lee Winston was extremely informative and helpful. We had a ʼno pressure meetingʼ over quite a few cups of coffee, and I came away armed with much more detail and understanding of the benefits of buying through Aegean Sun Homes, than I expected. When the time is right, I know Iʼll be going back to speak to Lee."

I flat-shared at one of Jamesʼ properties in Liverpool whilst I was working in the area for 6 months back in 2006. James was a fantastic landlord whos was always available at the end of a text message or phone call. It is clear he has pride in both his properties and the people he rents them out to. James was vey professional in the way he found a flat mate to rent out the other room to. I felt under no pressure at all to accept anyone who I would have been unhappy sharing with (the people James introduced to me would have all be well suited to sharing with me). If I were to be renting in the Merseyside area again I would go straight back to James and wouldnʼt look anywhere else.

What a unique, simple idea. Rob Millington from Dial A Handyman, employs qualified tradesmen, available to attend to any house maintenance issue you may have. Iʼm a landlord, and they can be at any of my properties to attend to any maintenance propblem I may have, within 24 hours of me calling them, and they do their best to do the job correctly on their first visit. If they have to come back, their office co-ordinates all work to complete satisfaction. They are prompt, polite, professional........ priceless!

BNI in North Liverpool

BNI is about like minded business people using their business contacts to help those around them using the principle that ʼgivers gain.ʼ This means that if someone refers work to you then you are more likely to try and help that person out and this concept has worked successfully for over a quarter of a decade. It is easy to be sceptical about such an idea but the best advice I can give is to go along and try it. The Crosby group of which I am a member is in its infancy but has lots of potential. I would advice anyone to just give it a go!
