I would recommend any of Jamesʼ properties any day. I lived in Tuebrook, still there until the end of next month. Moving in was hassle free, no complicated paperwork/delays. The rooms are huge and you can gaurantee sensible people sharing with you. James responds to querries and concerns promptly always, and problems can be fixed with you using a text message only. James is not an interferring landlord, so unless you look for him, really, u dont get to see him, which i liked.Everything from beds, to cookware is of high standard and i havent got a bad word to say. Cheers James for making my time in Liverpool away from home stress free, accomodation wise.

I rented two properties from James and found him to be an excellent landlord. Heʼs always available at the end of a text message and aims to sort any issues as quickly as possible. His properties are well maintained and I would not hesitate to rent a property from him again.

I flat-shared at one of Jamesʼ properties in Liverpool whilst I was working in the area for 6 months back in 2006. James was a fantastic landlord whos was always available at the end of a text message or phone call. It is clear he has pride in both his properties and the people he rents them out to. James was vey professional in the way he found a flat mate to rent out the other room to. I felt under no pressure at all to accept anyone who I would have been unhappy sharing with (the people James introduced to me would have all be well suited to sharing with me). If I were to be renting in the Merseyside area again I would go straight back to James and wouldnʼt look anywhere else.

lived in one of james properties for over14 months in liverpool found james to be both an excellant landlord who has no hesitation in sorting any problems which by the way were few,but also easily contacted when a problem did arise,only left to get onto the housing market myself or would still be with him,I have no hesitation in recomending james as a landlord especially to anyone new to liverpool

James is honestly a great landlord. On the rare occasion I have had a problem it has been sorted out within 24 hours. I would have no hesitation in recommending you rent one of his properties, he is honest and fair and answers his mobile phone!!

weʼve lived in one of Jamesʼs properties for over 2 years now and have found him to be a great landlord. On the odd occasion that there has been a problem with anything in the house, he gets it sorted straight away without a problem. I would highly recommend both James and his properties!!

Having lived in one of Jamesʼ let properties in North Liverpool, I can say with all honesty that he is by far the best landlord I have had. Any problems or potential issues have been sorted out immediately. James seems to put the upkeep of his properties and therefore the comfort of his tenants as the top of his list of priorities.
