At Greens,based in Liverpool, fitness really does come naturally. Our fitness and health club not only offers an excellent range of leisure facilities, from fully-equipped gym to pool and spa facilities, but also on hand are our friendly team of experts who will work with you to devise a convenient and comfortable way to achieve your personal health & fitness goals.
Our extensive selection of cardiovascular equipment such as treadmills, cross trainers, bikes etc along with a selection of fixed and free weights equipment provides our members with all the necessary equipment to help them achieve their goals. In addition our fully trained and qualified staff will assist by providing all the necessary help, assistance, motivation and expertise along the way!
We programme in excess of 60 group/studio classes per week ranging from Body Attack, Combat, Body Pump to Aqua Aerobics, Tai Chi and Pilates.
The facilities here also boast a 25-metre pool with steam, sauna & spa’s providing excellent opportunities to train, unwind and relax at the same time!
If you plan to meet friends for a meal or have a pre or post workout snack the Club’s brasserie offers a fantastic healthy menu to suit all tastes and dietary needs. We also organise a calendar of social events for our members and their guests too!
We also provide physiotherapy, sports massage, personal training and beauty therapy at 'Urban Spa' where the team of fully qualified beauty and retail therapists can help ease your daily stresses and provide top to toe pampering.
