Worth Brothers Wine Merchants in Lichfield is just the two of us - Tim and Richard.

We're a young and enthusiastic partnership, a million miles away from traditional, stuffy wine merchants.

We sell wine by the bottle or case - to suit you - and also offer an extensive range of themed mixed cases as well as handmade cigars.

Our wines are mainly selected from small family vineyards where quality and variety are paramount. We believe our eclectic list provides choice for the curious as well as the connoisseur, without breaking the bank.

The wines are the stars but our magnificent cellars near Lichfield Cathedral provide a fitting backdrop. Come and visit these classic cellars and enjoy surroundings that have been charming Lichfield's wine lovers for over 200 years.

This is the kind of wine merchant I like. A range of fantastic wines stored in fabulous cellars. Prices are well within reach and certainly what you get for your money is streets ahead of any of the national chains and supermarkets. Theyʼre a hidden gem tucked away behind Cathedral House on Beacon street. Well worth seeking out.

Worth Brothers is an excellent wine merchants. The selection of wines is varied, and is well categorised, with succint and useful descriptions about each bottle. There are wines priced to suit all occasions, including bin ends for weekday drinking. The staff are helpful and friendly and, most importantly, weʼve never had anything less than great wine from there.
