Set in 130 acres of organically registered farmland, woodlands and lakes, Percy's Hotel & Restaurant offers the hotels guests spacious, very comfortable room accommodation, first class restaurant cuisine, unobstrusive, efficient service and all in a child and stress free environment.

The hotels accommodation is situated in a restored 17th century granary, set away from the hotels restaurant to ensure the privacy of guests. All rooms enjoy ensuite facilities, king size beds, wide screen tv's, a DVD player with acollection of DVD's, modem points with broadband connection, direct dial telephones, a fridge and tea and coffee making equipment. The RAC and the ETC have both awarded the hotel 100% for meticulous housekeeping for the last three years.

Tina is the restaurants chef (Devon's top lady chef in fact!), and is responsible for the many awards the restaurant has gathered, with inclusion in The Independents 50 Best UK Gourmet Restaurants at 17, and Johansens 2003 European Restaurant Of The Year amongst a plethora of other accolades, the reasons for which are not difficult to see. Tina insists that all the restaurants supplies are produced locally or in situ on the estate. The estate itself supplies seasonal fresh salads, vegetables, herbs, wild mushrooms, chicken, duck and goose eggs, game, venison, lamb and pork, with fresh fish being sourced from the daily fish auctions at nearby Looe.
