Hedge-laying at Slyne

Pick up from Royal Lancaster Infirmary bus stop at 9.30 a.m.

Free trial (annual membership £7 waged, £3.50 unwaged)

At Belmount Farm we are starting to lay and manage a young hedge (in Lancashire style) which we originally planted in the 1990s.

This will be an opportunity to learn on a fresh hedge and will contrast with the older species-rich hedges that we have concentrated on over the past 12 years.
