What is nutritional therapy?
Nutritional therapy is one to one sessions aimed at addressing the factors affecting a person’s health and well-being. Each case is assessed on an individual basis and bespoke advice and first class support is given regarding diet, lifestyle and, where appropriate, nutritional supplementation in order to help clients achieve and maintain excellent overall health and well-being.

- Individual assessment of your needs, taking into account every aspect of your lifestyle and background which may have a bearing on your current position
- Advice about diet which addresses your health issues and fits in with your lifestyle
- Advice about lifestyle changes, such as eating habits, which will have a positive impact on achieving better health
- Recommendations about nutritional supplementation carefully matched to your needs
- Tongue, face and nail analysis as part of the diagnostic process
- Laboratory tests to confirm the presence of particular conditions
- Cookery classes to help make food preparation fun and enjoyable

All consultations are taken by Sara Dover who has a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy from the College of Naturopathic Medicine, as well as a First Class Honours degree in Home Economics and is a qualified chef. It is particularly important to Sara that all suggestions must be ‘do-able’ in everyday life so that clients are able to achieve long-term improvements to their health.
Open to All
People of all ages with varying conditions can benefit from nutritional therapy. Appointments are available throughout the day and some evenings too. Please speak to Sara for more details or to book.
Costs
Initial appointment – 90 minutes £60.00
Follow-up appointment – 45 minutes £35.00
We reserve the right to make a charge for cancelled appointments
