My sons and I visited Fantastico today as part of a special needs group. We found them to be very welcoming and friendly. The play place itself is clean and well thought out regarding the needs of various age groups. The food is also reasonably priced and quite varied. I would recommend this playplace to other families - I just wish it wasnʼt so far away for us!

I visited the business today (unannounced) to gain my own opinions. It was raining quite heavily outside, so the place was very busy. The manager was not there, but there were 3 young members of staff on duty, and all seemed pleasant and I didnʼt encounter anything untoward during my stay. There is a fun soft play area for toddlers and younger children, and a party room upstairs. The toilet areas were clean and the kids all seemed to be happy. There is a sign by the entrance and within the ʼcustomer information guideʼ on the tables stating that it is the parentʼs responsibility to supervise their children at all times. The ʼkitchenʼ is a seperate area in a corner of the main seating area, which is accessible via a hatch. It seemed logical when bringing drinks and food in and out that the hatch stayed open, but suggested to the staff that they close it when unattended for safety. The party room upstairs was secured by a child-safe gate. Overall, it seemed a clean fun place for kids to play.

i used to come to fantastico for about 4 years with my 1st daugther she even had 2 of her partys there but i havnt been for about a year due to having my 2nd child,but we did start to come back about 3 months ago we visited about 4 times and i will definately not be visiting again all the old staff seem to have gone and rob or sandra never seem to be there instead your greeted by a middle aged girl who is so misreable and can barely even talk not to mention how child unfreindly she seems to be, this has happened every time we have been usually on a tues or weds my last visit was unbelievable,my 15 month old daughter who is into everything kept wondering in and out of the kitchen were they were preparing hot food and drinks i had to keep getting up to shut the little door on the kitchen only to find every time i sat down they opened it again it was obvious they were doing it on purpose because they didnt like me shutting the door but i was doing it so my child didnt get burnt it is such a shame that a lovely place has gone downhill so much and its only down to 1 member of staff its not just my opinion either most of my friends dont visit anymore.
