Panararmer designed and fitted a counter area in our cafe. From the very beginning when we were considering alterations they came up with great ideas and designs. It was a large job with many different tradesmen needed but everything went great. The workmen were delightful! Friendly, professional, clean and tidy. The results are fabulous, come along to Butterfingers in Grange and take a look for yourselves! We would certainly recommend Panararmer to anyone.

I have worked with Robin on a number of projects which began with the rebranding of the business. This included new logo, new advertising formula and now incorporates consistent high quality marketing materials. Robin has an uncanny knack of hearing what you are saying, no mater how muddled your own ideas may seem and the initial output he delivers is always inline with your perception of what you thought you wanted! I can truly say that he has helped Future Office enormously over the past 2 years to achieve new market developments through his expert help with development of our marketing literature and we will continue to work with him closely in the future.

energie fitness for women - Kendal

Enjoy the friendliness and fun that make the exercise much less of a chore. Love the fruit tea! Havenʼt achieved my original aims but changed them and am happy with how things are going. There is always expert help and advice on hand. The special events are a valuable extra. This is not just a gym, itʼs a home from home and in Magnusʼ words ʼitʼs a place to come and play!ʼ

Eight years ago we at The Elephant Yard Shopping Centre trailed AJM Decorators, we were so impressed with the workmanship they now have the contract to paint for us every year. In the eight years AJM have had the contract we have found them to be extremely honest, reliable and professional. We have always found them competitively priced and most willing to do urgent painting jobs at short notice. energie fitness for women - Kendal

From a personal perspective (I work there), energie fitness for women is as stated truely exceptional! The atmosphere is so friendly and supportive, where the women can relax and really be themselves. Quite often I catch the women sitting on the equipment with a cup of tea and chatting!!! Iʼll get the biscuits out next time!! :-). All the women have had many wins while being at energie, not just physically, but mentally and spiritually too. There are monthly presentations (free) and workshops. There is a social event each month too - with wine and nibbles for the members, their friends and loved ones. Always fantastic and great fun. Last month we had champagne fruit salad (kindly suggested by a member). A big factor in energie is that the staff really do care about the health & wellbeing of the members!

The farm shop is well worth a visit, all sorts of locally produced food and goodies. The Plumgarths meat is very high quality, their bugers and sausage are ideal for BBQ,s, and can be bought at the Kendal Adsa

We found this "Treasure Trove", whilst on holiday in 2004. The range of meats leaves you spoilt for choice. The pie and cooked meats section is excellent. The tastes are special. The service is great, always smiles and friendly faces. Since ʼ04 weʼve been making the 180 mile drive on a regular basis. Never been disappointed yet.
