Different Strokes was established in Kendal in 1997, and continues to grow in size and reputation, year on year. Now well established as one of Kendal’s leading Painters & Decorators, Different Strokes are able to tackle any job no matter how big or small. All the men are time served painters and decorators and their professionalism shows in the pride taken in their work.

Different Strokes

Different Strokes have recently painted the exterior of our block of flats in Tebay. they have done a very good job in a short time. the building is very old and has the original window at the front which were mostly rotten, Different Strokes have made them look like new again. I would recomend them to everyone.

Having had a few unfortunate experiences with decorators in my life, it was such a treat to find Different Strokes. Our bedroom ceiling had been in a mess for a long time, and Iʼm glad we waited until we found the right team to tackle it. It was a piece of cake to them, of course, and they were prompt, swift, quiet, tidy and courteous. And, of course, they also did a brilliant job, and at a sensible price. The only reason Iʼm not giving three bubbles for ʼtruly exceptionalʼ, is because weʼll want to use them again, and I donʼt want them to put their prices up too much.
