Plumgarths Farm Shop was officially opened by the Prince of Wales and aims to provide high quality locally sourced farm produce, thus helping to sustain the local rural economy , reducing food miles and creating local jobs
Plumgarths Farm Shop has been developed by Geldhards, a traditional Cumbrian farming family, and gives you the opportunity to purchase a wide range of high quality farm products sourced from both local farmers and other small scale suppliers located throughout Cumbria.

Plumgarths Farm Shop is not just a Butchers; the rest of the shop is well stocked with many other farm products. You will find: Cumbrian Chutney, Mustards, Relishes and Jams; our own Free Range Eggs; Homemade Style Cakes ; Locally Brewed Beers. In the fridge freezers you can find a selection of English Lakes Ice Creams, the world famous Cartmel Sticky Toffee Pudding, and our range of frozen Ready Meals.
