If you are looking for a friendly traditional pup that always has an interesting selection of real ales available and which also provides good food then the "Lamp" is the place for you. Only problem is that sometimes it can get very busy and then it can be difficult to find an empty seat.

I used Optimus to find a job recently. I found them to be efficient in everything that they did for me. I really felt that they were there to find me the job that i wanted, rather then sending me to any company with a vacancy. As a Christmas gift, I purchased an iPod Nano from nsew. I was impressed with the service I received especially considering the busyness of the shop on one of the late night shopping evenings. The price, was competitive and I would recommend anyone who is looking to purchase an iPod to look at what nsew has to offer.

The lamp as we locals like to call it is a place for the beer connoisseur with many beers on offer, its like having you very own mini beer festival. The Ringwood brews are a must to try and my particular favorite the 49er, proberly the best pint in the world but donʼt take my word for it pop in and try it yourself

Durrell are a wonderful organisation that have done so much for wildfile conservation as a result of both their captive breeding progam in Jersey and their work in saving endangered species in the wild. As a regular visitor to their wildlife park in Trinity I can recommend a visit so that you can learn more about what they are doing, see the animals and also have a great day out!

I called Janet in a panic on Saturday at 4.30pm as it was my best friends birthday and I had not had time to organise anything. Janet delivered two beautiful orchids that same evening. The service was amazing and the flowers beautiful. Many thanks Janet - your service was exceptional.

There was no sales pressure, they took the time to find me the right bike and even when I called in for a minor adjustment to the handle bars a week later, they were happy to help. Through a chance meeting at a function that was being hosted at the business I run I was fortunate enough to meet the owners of French Imports. After a discussion about our existing wine list one of their friendly and efficient reps came to visit. Since then our wine list has increased to include many of the excellent wines provided by French Imports. The customer service standards are truly outstanding and their extensive knowledge of French wines amazing. From a business perspective the main advantages to using this company is the knowledge that your order will be completed immediately, that you or your staff will be recognised by whoever answers and that if you need a particular wine at the last minute they will happily deliver to you outwith the normal working hours. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to other businesses and to personal customers.
