Meet at 6pm at the car park opposite St Mary's, Church Lane, by Martlesham Creek

School Lane is Opposite Red Lion pub, turn into Church Lane down there.

Improve your health by joining Stepping Out in Suffolk.

Our walks are FREE and for everyone but especially for those recovering illness or in need to improve exercise.

Walks are sociable and informal. You walk with trained leaders and at your own pace.
