Meet 10.30am outside Trimley St Mary Church for a walk along rural paths near Searson's Farm.

Improve your health by joining Stepping Out in Suffolk.

Our walks are FREE and for everyone but especially for those recovering illness or in need to improve exercise.

Walks last about an hour, are sociable and informal. You walk with trained leaders and at your own pace.
