x
From: 12 July 2008
To: 12 July 2008
We have booked a big bike which seats 15 riders on one bike.

We are looking for 18 people to ride the big bike in stages from Ipswich hospital to Shotley Bristol Arms public house. The group has chosen two charities to support, the East Anglian Air Ambulance and the Neonatal Ward (special care baby unit) at Ipswich hospital.

These people would need to raise sponsorship in advance for the two main charities (minimum of £50.00). All funds raised will be divided between the charities including gift aid (after payment for the bike), which currently stands at 28p in the pound. This amount is only claimable if the person donating is a UK tax payer.

Please find register at www.justgiving.com/stewartbethell

please register by donating £50. onlojne and I’ll send you your sponsorform and more details of the big bike ride, if you have any questions about the bike ride or wish to sponsor the bikes banner with your company logo. Please contact Stewart on 07887534541. The Bristol Arms, Public house will be supplying a BBQ* and karaoke after the ride and into the evening.

What are RSS Feeds?

RSS feeds allow you to see when websites have added new content. You can get the latest headlines and stories in one place, as soon as they are published, without having to visit the websites you have taken the feed from.

How do I start using feeds?

In general, the first thing you need is something called a feed reader. This is a piece of software that checks the feeds and lets you read any new articles that have been added. There are many different versions, some of which are accessed using a browser, and some of which are downloadable applications. IE 7.0 has a good feed reader built in, otherwise try Feedreader.
