Established nearly 20 years ago, Poppa Piccolinos is owned and managed by husband and wife team, Lim & Jane and it is Lim's training and experience that makes Poppa Piccolinos' menu so interesting.
He trained at America's finest cooking school, the Culinary Institute of America - and he worked for 12 years onboard the Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, rising to become their Executive Chef. His travels have taken him as far afield as Malaysia, Bermuda and London, where he was appointed Executive Head Chef for celebrity chef, Anton Mosimann!
