Registered as a self defence instructor with the Self defence Federation Paul has learnt his craft by teaching and learning with leading organisations from the British Special Forces to being one of the founding Officer Safety Instructors for the Metropolitan Police.

Self defence classes can be run throughout Havering and are designed for adults and teenagers (16+), both male and female and all levels of fitness, their purpose is to teach you the following self defence skills:

• Threat assessment
• Defence techniques
• Awareness
• Attitude
• The Law
