What’s your story?

I have a knack for turning words into stories. Stories that clients want to tell. Stories that people want to read. I know my stuff. It’s how I make a living. I have to be good at it -- or else I sleep under a bridge.

Versatility is the key to well-targeted copy.

I take ridiculously technical information and put it in a way that sweet little granny would understand. Or your audience, if you prefer. As a former journalist, I relish research. I have an uncanny aptitude for getting to the bottom of things.

Adaptability sums up my attitude towards work.

For a wordsmith, it’s a handy skill to have. I can change my voice to fit your style. This has allowed me to do some pretty neat things. For example, Bridgestone Europe’s website and travel books for Fodor’s Travel Guides. Brochures and ads for Fortis Bank and communications for a Toronto Member of Provincial Parliament.

I’m dependable.

You can count on me to deliver. Never missed a deadline. I’m fair and priced right. What I quote is what you pay. I am a quick study. I can jump right into a project and run with it. I get a kick out of hard work. Even if it means working around the clock or at the drop of a hat.

I have international experience in Toronto, Brussels and London. Global outlook and local insight have its advantages. I see things differently. I consider all angles but am spot on when targeting copy to your audience.

I like people, which makes working together a whole lot easier. And more fun too. My clients are important to me. When they’re happy, I’m happy.
