This is a quiet residential community with a lake and the villa occupies a glorious southwest lakeside position. It’s a really peaceful spot and most relaxing, though there's certainly no shortage of things to do. It’s a fabulous base for having some of the best adventures in the States!

The villa is just 10 minutes from the Disney, Orlando attractions and close to all the popular parks and attractions of Florida, such as Universal Orlando, Walt Disney World Resort, SeaWorld Orlando and Busch Gardens Tampa Bay. It’s also only 5 minutes from numerous shops, fabulous restaurants, and other activities all on America’s Highway 192.
For golf enthusiasts, there are 12 courses within 20 minutes drive or if you fancy soaking up some rays, the fantastic beaches of the States’ Gulf coast are only 1.5 hours away.

* A separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer (ironing board/iron supplied)
* The villa is fully air conditioned
Outside the villa’s facilities continue:
* Large private swimming pool with adjoining kiddie pool (18" depth)

* Garage/games room with pool table, air hockey, table tennis and darts
The cost of the holiday villa includes the use of towels and bedding and there is a hairdryer, iron and ironing board supplied. A child travel cot and high chair are available at no extra charge.
