Raoul Dowding have been treating our cat since September 2007. They supplied emergency care to Chubby our 9 year old cat, who had suffered a inner ear infection. Their service,dedication and care is outstanding, this is reflected throughout the team within the veterinary practice at Cleveland House. Chubbiesʼs treatment is now finished, he is fit and well, thank you for offering immediate care and attention to a very ill cat.

We have been using Raoulʼs surgery for over 10 years, and he and his staff have consistently given our cats and dogs superb care. They are always highly professional and extremely caring. We have no hesitation in grading the ʼʼPracticeʼʼ truly exceptional.

All the staff, both vets and reception are consistently truly professional. I have always received the very best care and treatment for my dog, with a fast response time when waiting for test results. Out of hours service friendly and supportive.

This practice give marvellous care and support. We now have two animals with Lazarus nicknames. Hubert Herbert Sherbert is now a very spritely 19 year old cat who we thought was dying two years ago, Rowan our dog has also made an excellent comeback from the brink. Polite staff, caring vets and now excellent premises. Cannot be recommended too highly.

We have been using Raoul Dowding Vets for over 7 years now and trust them completely with our dogs health. The new premises are great and thereʼs always somewhere to park. I am the site owner of the best of Gainsborough.
