WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT TO RECEIVE IF YOU ATTEND FOR COUNSELLING ?
I will provide a comfortable, safe and confidential environment, where you can relax and discuss your problems
I will assess your problem and if I can help ongoing appointments will be mutually arranged
If, after speaking to me, you do not wish to enter into a contract, there will be no charge for your first visit.
Everything you talk about in therapy is strictly confidential in that no information about you or your problems will be disclosed to anyone else without your permission.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF COUNSELLING ?

Typical issues which may repond to counselling include: anxiety, marital problems, anger you do not know how to control, addictive behaviour, eating disorders, lack of confidence, general malaise, tendency to self-defeating behaviour.
HOW MUCH WILL COUNSELLING COST ?
The first initial 30 minute counselling session is free, thereafter each 50 minute couselling session costs £35.
Some discounts available for people on limited income.
Payment should be made at the end of each counselling or therapy session.
I welcome referrals from employers on behalf of employees and can provide appropriate employee assessment and progress reports on their therapy.
