WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT TO RECEIVE IF YOU ATTEND FOR COUNSELLING AND THERAPY ?
I will provide a comfortable, safe and confidential environment, where you can relax and discuss your problems
I will assess your problem and if I can help with therapy, ongoing appointments will be mutually arranged
If, after speaking to me, you do not wish to enter into a therapy contract, there will be no charge for your first visit.
Everything you talk about in therapy is strictly confidential in that no information about you or your problems will be disclosed to anyone else without your permission.

HOW MUCH WILL PSYCHOTHERAPY COST ?
The first initial 30 minute therapy session is free, thereafter each 50 minute therapy session costs £35.
Some discounts available for people on limited income.
Payment should be made at the end of each counselling or therapy session.
I welcome referrals from employers for therapy on behalf of employees and can provide appropriate employee assessment and progress reports on their therapy.
