We had seen Lilley’s craftsman jewellers at many of the wedding fairs we had been to and after much disappointment with high street jewellers, we made an appointment to see John. My fiancé and I received excellent service from both John and Bee. I found them polite, professional and friendly. It truly seemed they wanted to create the perfect ring for us and I can honestly say they delivered just that! John listened to everything we had a say so intently he managed to produce the image in our heads. We were so excited on collection day as John produced both our rings to us. We were amazed by the workmanship and obvious care taken to craft these beautiful pieces. Although the rings were stunning, the setting of the stones in my wedding bands was not quite what I had in mind. John, without hesitation, offered to rework the ring to make it exactly what I wanted. He was not satisfied that the design was not 100% and seemed determined to craft the ring of my dreams. On arrival to view the reworked ring, John was beaming with excitement and we were overwhelmed with the results he had achieved. He had made me not only 1 ring but 2! The first ring he had reworked to include more diamonds and the second ring included slightly bigger stones and matched the setting flawlessly. It was really difficult to decide which ring to have as they were both beautiful but I had to go with my first choice as it was everything I had hope for. John was very apologetic that this result was not reached first time around and polished my engagement ring for free as a gesture of good will. I will definitely recommend Lilley’s craftsman jewellers to everyone I know and cant wait to show my ring off on our wedding day!

We are a web design company but have no audio production skills or experience so when a client approached us asking to add some audio to their website (which needed editing first) I immediately pulled out my business card book and found the card of Michael Massey that I had been given by him at a networking event. Our many, many thanks go out to John for truly creating us the most beautiful wedding rings. They are absolutely fantastic and made all the more personal as they were made to our express requirements. John was a joy to do business with, nothing was too much trouble for him and he was able to create individual rings for us both that suited our personalties and which we will treasure for the rest of our lives. The rings are especially important to us as they represent a special gift from my mother who sadly passed away and so was unable to be with us on our wedding day. You can shop around but nowhere will match Lilleys for the personal service, fantastic designs and great value. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thanks again!!
