Welcome to our Edinburgh quality accommodation in the charming area of Inverleith beside the Edinburgh Royal Botanic gardens, only 15 minutes walk from the city centre.
We have been running this small Edinburgh hotel accommodation on a quality B&B basis for 6 years. Our accommodation is highly recommended in Time Out, Fodors, Lonely Planet, Petit Fute, and we hold the Visit Scotland's Welcome Host award.
We will provide you with a comfortable stay in Edinburgh in our Victorian Town house. Our Edinburgh accommodation comprises 12 en-suite rooms including our superior four poster room; all have tea and coffee-making facilities, direct dial telephones with modem connections, hairdryers, television, and now broadband access too. We have self-catering apartment accommodation - which may suit families looking for spacious accommodation nearby - the accommodation sleeps 4 - 6.
Breakfast is served in our Victorian dining room. Guests are issued with Edinburgh City maps, leaflets and information, as well as the Edinburgh tourist information folder available in the rooms. While we are ideally situated to explore Edinburgh on foot, we are not far from Edinburgh's Waverley Station and Edinburgh Bus Station, and the frequent Edinburgh bus service passes nearby.
Accommodation check-in should be after 3pm, but if you arrive early we can hold luggage for you. It is useful if Edinburgh guests can provide us with an estimated arrival time. Our small Edinburgh hotel accommodation has a reception lounge area where guests may relax and perhaps sample one of our many malt whiskies from the hotel bar.
