TOURS: Thursday & Friday 3:00pm
Saturday & Sunday 1:00pm & 3:30pm
Maximum 20 people per tour.
Durham Town Hall is a Grade II* listed building. The original Guildhall was built in 1356. Enclosing this is the Town Hall, extended and replaced by Hardwick in 1851. It reopened in March 2008, following extensive refurbishment that brings the public areas of he building to DDA standards and features a new entrance and an accessibility lift to the main floors.
