Hypnosis is as ancient as the human mind itself. It is important that people realise that hypnosis is natural and that they are in control.
Hypnotherapy can be described as self help therapy - showing you how to help yourself.
What to expect - an initial consultation,to plan an effective programme for you. This may include relaxation, suggestion, thinking, visualisation, regression & self hypnosis techniques.
Individual sessions only. Lasting approx 1 hour, number of sessions 2 - 8 sessions depending on client & type of therapy.
Payment can be made by cash/cheque only at the end of each session.Cost per session beginning at £40.
