There will often be weekend workshops held here too which provide a more in depth experience for those who wish to know more and challenge themselves further. I have attended both at the studio and found the experiences very rewarding.

Tone 'n' Trim

When I heard of tone n trim I thought my prayers were answered. Working full time and a new mummy just meant any spare moment I had to myself was so rare - a work out in 10min was just too good to believe. I have just finished my 12 sessions and have noticed a difference to my overall well being and off course body shape. It is so easy to fit the sessions into my lunch break, I would recommend this to any full time working mums who just donʼt have time for the gym or long walks.

Nikki and Darragh always get it right,I have been eating in spice since itʼs infancy and have never ever,had a meal that has been anything but first class,on every level.There is no other restaurant in my opinion,to match itʼs style or class.Looking forward to my next spice night out.regards michelle+eamonn Mc Chrystal. Sunflower Alley

I have bought flowers from Sunflower Alley on many occasions and each time I am surprised at the creative way they are presented and best of all these flowers last for at least 10 days. Perhaps the most telling experience I had was when once at the last minute I wanted to purchase flowers, Leona said NO we cannot sell these. We are waiting on a new order of fresh flowers and this is not our standard.Now isnʼt that putting the customer first! Sunflower Alley keep going - you are simply the best! Deirdre Mc Devitt

Excellent way to exercise in a short period of time and still feel as though you have achieved something. Staff are friendly and very helpful. After only 4 sessions, I feel that it is definitely worthwhile.
