FREE CALL OUT & ESTIMATES
We are a fully mobile service and will come to you at a time that suits and offer to collect and deliver your desktop, or laptop. All work completed in the first hour is provided at a reduced hourly rate of £45,-
WIRELESS & WIRED NETWORKS
For just £45 we will install and configure 2 computers to work on your wireless network. If your home is complex and it is not easy to just plug in a standard wireless network then we will provide a fully customised wired and wireless installation.
FULL COMPUTER REPAIR AND REFORMAT
We will backup your data prior to carrying out any reformat or repair to ensure your data is safe. All information backed up is kept confidential and encrypted to maximise data integrity and security.
DATA BACKUP AND RECOVERY
If your system has prevented you from saving your information, we will analyse your hard disk and in 99% of cases we are able to recover the data on the disk.
EMERGENCY 24 HR TURNAROUND
Need your computer urgently to meet that crucial deadline? We can loan a computer and transfer the required files with to help you continue work whilst we work around the clock to repair your computer within 24hrs (dependent on parts availability).
HOME COMPUTER INSTALLATION AND SETUPS
If you have just bought or been given a new computer but are unsure about setting it up and configuring your computer. Hometech assist will come to your house, plug it all in, link it all up and provide any advice and tips along the way. Starting price for this service is £45.
