I was recommended to go to Julie at Joot last year and was really glad I did. I had long hair and wanted a change. I saw Julie and she looked at my face and asked me how I manage my hair generally - was I a wash ʼn go person or liked to spend alot of time on my hair. She analysed what style suited my face and something that was easy to manage without me spending too much time faffing about with my hair! She gave me a superb hair cut and changed the colour slightly too. I had so many comments on how good my hair looked and what a fantastic hair cut Julie had given me and am still getting comments now. I am a very fussy person when it comes to hair and had disasters in the past, but extremely pleased with Julie and would highly recommend her, as well as her pleasant staff who always give me a warm welcome. Having spent many years looking for a hairdressers that offers it all, I have finally found one. Joot is an exceptional salon,the staff are all very friendly, helpful and professional from the youngest staff member to the extremely talented owner Julie, whose hairdressing skills are extraordinary . From the moment you enter the salon you notice the atmosphere,highly professional and yet friendly, caring and you are instantly aware that nothing is to much trouble. The care starts the moment your coat is taken, your stylist listens to what you want and then explains all aspects of your stay, including explaining how they can enhance your visit, they explain your hair colouring taking into account your hair type, even the shape of your face and advise you accordingly,they recommend not only styles to enhance your look but also give you information on how to manage your hair when you leave the salon. They give you a complimentary drink which has to be the most lush hot chocolate on the planet, and even that adds to making your visit exceptional.. During your whole visit, even though their are other customers in he salon, they somehow make you feel like you are the most important person there. I think everyone who has been to Joot leaves the salon 2 inches taller, feeling confident classy and totally satisfied. For me it was like going in with the hair of an ugly duckling and leaving deffinately as the beautiful swan with the best haircut ever, the coolest colour and one very satisfying experience that I am exceptionally keen to repeat. I hope Julie and her staff will be around for many years to come because I certainly will be a regular along with a lot of my friends who are keen to sample this wonderful experience of how to feel like a million pounds in one easy visit.Thanks JOOT you certainly made my day!!!!!
