The Crown Inn

We visited the Crown Inn on Thursday for a bite to eat, the pub has recently been refurbished and looks great. It has a warm and relaxing atmoshpere and the food was great too. Service was efficient and friendly both from the waiting staff and at the bar. The beer garden at the rear looks like it will be a great location for a pint and to sociaisewhen the weaher gets a bit warmer. Thursday nights is also quiz night, with free entry the quiz starting at 9.30 it gives you time for a quiet meal first or you can just come fro the quiz.

I have visited Joy of Flowers on numerous occassions and have never been disappointed or left the shop without being totally satisfied. The flowers are exceptional and can be traditional or something a little more modern, itʼs completely upto you. The gifts are unusual and reasonably priced. Perfect for the "hard to buy for" person in every family. Joy is friendly and has lots of advice on hand should you need it. Well worth a visit. I can guarantee you will not be disappointed.

As a charity we are always looking for new venues to hold our events I have definatley found one to sick with for the future. Our recent Summer Ball was held here and I can only say good things, the food was delicious and plentyful, the resident DJ was fantastic the wole evening went without a hitch all due to the fine planning and proffesional staff at the club.

I attended a ball recently and the service provided was exceptional. The food was very good and served hot, not easy for the numbers at the ball. All at the table were served together no one had to wait and there was ample food to suite all appetites!
