Oriel Myrddin Gallery Carmarthen will be staging a celebration of ceramics throughout the Summer.

Oriel Myrddin Gallery will be staging a celebration of ceramics
throughout the Summer with a group of shows focusing primarily
on ceramic makers in Wales. In the main gallery Fireworks Clay
Studios in Cardiff celebrate 'ten years on...'.This show
features the work of 16 makers who are currently practising from
Fireworks studios in Cardiff. The studio was setup 10 years ago as
a co-operative,and since that time it has flourished into a
centre of excellence. Many graduates from the renowned UWIC ceramicsdegree course in Cardiff currently work there. In the studio gallery,we will be showing selected work from recent ceramics graduates from West Wales School of the Arts in Carmarthen. It's a new collaboration for the gallery, and we hope a valuable opportunity for the talented makers to show their work. In the retail craft space, invited makers will exhibit special pieces. Exhibitors include;Rupert Spira,Christine Jones,Elspeth Owen,James Campbell,Phil Rogers,Mikki Schlossginsk and others. These are significant practitioners in their field, and we hope this is an opportunity for people to
purchase the highest quality work.

What are RSS Feeds?

RSS feeds allow you to see when websites have added new content. You can get the latest headlines and stories in one place, as soon as they are published, without having to visit the websites you have taken the feed from.

How do I start using feeds?

In general, the first thing you need is something called a feed reader. This is a piece of software that checks the feeds and lets you read any new articles that have been added. There are many different versions, some of which are accessed using a browser, and some of which are downloadable applications. IE 7.0 has a good feed reader built in, otherwise try Feedreader.
