Oska Bright on the Road
Presented by Prims Arts, Cumbria's Disability Arts agency, the national film festival by and for people with learning disabilities comes to Carlisle. Oska Bright is unique and successful because it concentrates on people's skills and not on their disability.
Films are selected by a panel of artists with learning disabilities, and are submitted by groups and individuals nationwide.
There are three screenings - each screening shows a different selection of up to ten films. The films have come from many groups and individuals across the country, and range from live action drama to animation and musicals
