TECHNO BELLYDANCE

with Kay Taylor

Bellydance moves straight from Cairo, taught by one of the UK’s top teachers.

The beginners’ session introduces bellydance basics set to techno music, . focusing on  posture, precision and a few fabulous moves and combinations to use on the dance floor.

In the afternoon, Kay will work with a high-energy techno remix of a classic Arabic tune, developing a more choreographed piece with a sequence of steps and moves. Participants will need some previous experience or have attended the morning session.

Kay Taylor travels regularly to Cairo and studies with top dancers such as Didna, Raqia,  Dandesh and Aida Nour. She organised the successful Cairo Nights show and is a founder member and principal dancer of Farida Dance Company.

16 places suitable for anyone aged 14+.
Tickets: £13 (£9 concessions) per session. Special price for both sessions: £21 (£15.50 concessions).

What are RSS Feeds?

RSS feeds allow you to see when websites have added new content. You can get the latest headlines and stories in one place, as soon as they are published, without having to visit the websites you have taken the feed from.

How do I start using feeds?

In general, the first thing you need is something called a feed reader. This is a piece of software that checks the feeds and lets you read any new articles that have been added. There are many different versions, some of which are accessed using a browser, and some of which are downloadable applications. IE 7.0 has a good feed reader built in, otherwise try Feedreader.
