We chose Greensky to maintain our company networks after I spent twenty minutes listening to their Managing Director giving a Pro Bono talk to a business networking meeting. I learnt more about the perils of identity theft in this meeting than hours listening to my previous IT team. I got Greensky around to give me a quote to takeover the system and ended up being very pleasantly surprised. Not only was their quote half of what I was paying they also drew up a maintenance plan which included significant software upgrades included in their low monthly retainer. I canʼt recommend them to you highly enough.

. . . Just to add further ʼgravyʼ to Greenskyʼs ʼtrainʼ - At the time of writing this, Greensky have been nominated for a ʼBest Of Cardiffʼ award. As have we, Thornbury Collection Services Ltd. - - This morning, our main office computer ʼtook a dive,ʼ knocking out all the satellite pcʼs along with it. Within 90-minutes of making the call, Greensky were on site, the problem identified and fixed, and our systems back up-and-running. - - Which is why Iʼve used the one-vote Iʼm allowed, to vote for Greensky, (instead of Thornbury!) in the ʼBest Ofʼ awards! . . . . If you think this is an overly-generous gesture on my behalf, then please use your vote, to vote for Thornbury! (Ha! Only joking, Mike!) ʼComputers are not ʼmy thingʼ. IT experts, in past experiences, talked a different language and spouted endless reams of technical jargon which invariably led to an end result of a hefty invoice. Not so, Greensky! Honestly, these guys speak in a language you can clearly understand - avoiding the over-use of abbreviated terms (ʼinitialsʼ) for computer software lingo, and explain to you whatʼs needed AND why, to satisfy your requirements.
